The Government of Canada has publications and other sources of information that can help you to get assistance at both the federal and provincial level.
Departments and agencies: this directory helps you to track down the right federal source for help, including the National Seniors Council.
Federal Members of Parliament: you can find the complete list of all federal MPs here.
Government of Canada: the home page of the main federal government website.
Ministers responsible for seniors: an intergovernmental body consisting of federal, provincial and territorial ministers responsible for seniors has been established to share information, discuss new and emerging issues related to seniors, and work collaboratively on key projects. You may be interested in the Benefits Finder tool that suggests government benefits for which you may be eligible based on your answers to a series of questions.
