YOUR 2024 MROO INSURANCE TAX RECEIPT

 Dear MROO Insurance Policyholders,

 If you paid MROO insurance premiums in 2024, you should have received an email notification on February 1st, 2025 to let you know that your 2024 tax receipt can be viewed on V+ (plus), your online account management portal.

 If you have not already created your V+ account, click the link provided in the email notification and follow along with the instructions below to create one now. We recommend using a computer.

Create Your V+ Account

  1. Scroll down and click the “Request access” button.
  2. Click “I agree” on the security notification - if prompted.
  3. Click “Yes” to confirm that you are an existing Retiree Benefits client.
  4. Complete the profile information using your personal information that you have provided to Victor.
  5. Choose a password based on the password requirements in the section below.
  6. Once the profile information is complete, click the “Submit” button.
  7. On the registration page, your V+ access registration will be confirmed.
  8. Click the link “Please click here to sign in” to V+.

 Password Requirements

Passwords must:

  • Be at least 8 to 20 characters, have at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number, and one non-alphanumeric character.
  • Contain no spaces.

Passwords must NOT include:

  • Spaces or the following characters: < > \ / " ; * ( ).
  • Any character repeated more than twice.
  • The same password as any of your last 8 passwords.
  • Any part of your username, first name, or last name.

How to Use V+

Victor is committed to ensuring your security and so we require Multi-factor Authentication (MFA) to verify your identity. This additional layer of security will help safeguard your information and prevent unauthorized access to your personal information.

  1. When signing in to your V+ account for the first time or from a new device, you will be asked to verify your identity with MFA by entering a 6-digit token (code).
  2. You will receive the token in an email from Vplus.ca@victorinsurance.com with the subject line “Victor Multi-factor Authentication – Identity verification security token”.
  3. To avoid the token from expiring after 10 minutes, check your email as soon as possible to copy the token and return to the verify your identity page.
  4. If the email does not arrive, check your spam or junk folder.
  5. Enter the 6-digit token into the prompt “Enter your security token here”.
  6. Click the “Submit” button to complete the verify your identity process.
  7. If the token has expired, please close the browser window and start the sign in process again by CLICKING HERE.
  8. Once you have verified your identity, the V+ home page will be the first page you see upon signing in.
  9. Click on the “Plan Materials” icon at the top of the page.
  10. In the “Plan Materials” section, you will find your tax receipts, policies, forms, and renewal information.

Forgot Password

  1. Click the “Forgot password” link at the bottom of the V+ sign in page.
  2. At the reset password prompt, enter your email address.
  3. Close the web browser and go to your email.
  4. You will receive two emails from Vplus.ca@victorinsurance.com – Your V Plus password reset link and Your V Plus password reset security token.
  5. Follow the instructions in both emails to reset your password.

If you received your tax receipt by mail but would like to access your retirement insurance information online through V+, please contact Victor to provide us with your email address before you create your V+ account.
