All-Zone Meeting 2023
Please join us for our Fall All-Zone Zoom Meeting on Wednesday November 22, 2023 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM (EST) hosted by Executive Director, Ken Noakes. This meeting is a virtual meeting and will be available on Zoom. You will hear from our President, Keith Robicheau, a short greeting from all Zone Directors, information from critical MROO partners such as Victor Insurance and Mitchell and Abbott, and the always popular update from OMERS. The highlight of the event will no doubt be our guest speaker, Dr. Riley Moynes. Dr. Moynes had a successful 20 year career as an educator before taking a sharp turn into financial services where he launched a multi-city wealth management firm.
Dr. Moynes is now a sought-after speaker and has even been part of the TEDTalk series. This fall don’t miss Dr. Moynes when he presents the “The Four Phases of Retirement: Beyond Dollars and Cents.” This informative, humorous, fast-paced PowerPoint presentation will help retirees make sense of what can be a surprising, bewildering and sometimes depressing time, and show them how they can reach Phase Four, the most satisfying, productive, meaningful and enjoyable Phase of retirement.

Almost everyone focuses on the financial preparations necessary for retirement; and of course these are critical. But there’s a growing awareness that there are also significant psychological changes and challenges that almost inevitably accompany retirement too.
